Hmmm, if the charges in the Complaint are true, then maybe there has been quite a conspiracy:

yup, but if the charges in the complaint are the misperceptions of perfectly legal behavior that has been construed to make the complainant appear to assume the status of "patient," and thereby to win attention, nurturance, and lenience that they feel unable to obtain in any other way, then there is no conspiracy.
