I know that you view yourself as a great legal mind and I assure you that my training in the legal field is limited to a few business law classes, however you might want to look at the complexity of your case and how deep you paint the conspiracy. The more complex and the deeper you paint the conspiracy, the easier it is going to be to punch holes in your case. But then again, the last and only time I was in a courtroom was a year ago when I showed up for jury duty....they didn't pick me, so I didn't even see the proceedings. with that being said, I don't see any connection to what you posted and your case.
