Re: RRI. You may be right about the mid 4's based upon further technical selling. However, there are a few news related events that could send RRI much higher from these levels:

1) Settlement with FERC on show cause order (BP settled last Friday for 3 mil)
2) Closing of Euro asset sale
3) Earnings

I don't expect to catch the bottom, but again on a risk/reward basis I don't mind buying back from here and lower.

I also suspect dividend paying stocks and utilities may gain back a little relative strength if techs continue sideways to down.

I think much of the recent selling pressure in RRI is technical in nature (some momentum and some shorting from the newly issued converts). Since I don't think it's FA driven I've been buying back today at 5.20 and less.
