Berlusconi has been under investigation for charges of bribery for quite some time. Last month, an Italian court ruled that he could not be prosecuted while in office. In two years most predict that he will be voted out of office, at which time he will be fair game. Italian politics are among the least orthodox and most corrupt among European countries.

Al, oh, I knew he was a crook.......a rich one at that. I was just pointing out some of his Bush like gaffes.

What's surprised me.......he's been in power for 8 years. I thought Italians changed their gov't like we change our clothes. I also didn't realize Italy was that conservative.
