The new place is in a several month remodel, and I don't feel like moving twice. I have to have some things done to my place before it's on the market, and I don't feel like having two projects going on at once. Besides, my kids would trash my place if I fixed it right now. The baby wrote all over the walls last week while the babysitter was there (she got hold of some crayons that aj & tj left by the side of a table). The twins flooded one bathroom a couple days before that (an action figure went "diving" in the toilet). I'm just fortunate they have not discovered the magic of fire yet (actually, that kind of would solve the problem). If it's tough to sell (which I doubt), I could just throw in a new car or something to move the sale along. I'm not in one of those markets like California where you could lose 20% (including commissions) by selling your home at the wrong time.
