Anyway, I already made my original point. Bush's supposed bipartisan support evaporated right after Afghanistan. The sense of "normalcy" that returned allowed the Dems to resume their Bush-bashing. And Hillary was right at the front of the line ...

You guys are working it hard to make this into a partisan debate. If you would take an objective look.....you would see that at a minimum Bush mislead the Amer. people in order to get our okay for the war in Iraq,; that the war had nothing to do with terrorism or WMD; and that we are into a costly mess.

Like I said to D.Ray, the unfortunate truth is that the Dems. have had little to do with the charge. Its mainly the Brit. media that's embarrassed its Amer. counterparts to get to the bottom of what Bush/Blair were up to.

In addition, there have been a few Dems and a few Reps....embarrassingly few.....who have called a spade a spade and put Bush on notice that he is not invulnerable.

Hillary plays smart when she attacks the "right-wing conspiracy," but plays dumb when it comes to her own corrupt financial deals or her husband's infidelity.

I am having trouble following...maybe you are reaching for something not there. Years of politically motivated investigations yielded NADA. What are you belly-aching about?

Bush's supposed bipartisan support evaporated right after Afghanistan.

Again, I struggle to follow. The trouble started with the lies to support a war that had been decided... long before bush would repeat over and over that war was his last resort. The man is a pathological liar. That's why his credibility is damaged, not because Hillary has been bashing him. Members of his own party, Lugar, Hagel, Wolfowitz, are doing more damage than anyone else.
