David, re: Unless you'd care to refute something I said, I'll take it as me being right and you being wrong. That's the way arguments work -- the one who presents unrefuted facts is correct. You win, I'm wrong. By the same token you never refuted my note to you that Bush's huge deficit spending, nation building and tariffs are not exactly traditional "conservative" virtues. So I guess you've agreed that Clinton was more conservative than Bush. Have a nice evening. John
