A few more comments: (1) Game over - Kobe wins. It's amazing to me how stupid the accuser in this case is and how inadequately the DA has prepped her. This stupid girl is apparently going to parties and talking about the facts of this case with her "friends" who then go on TV to do interviews. Memo to this moron: Shut the F* up and stay the F* home! I now think that Kobe will be found not guilty. Not because he didn't rape her. But because the accuser is demolishing her own credibility by not keeping her mouth shut. The accuser might have already damaged her reputation irreparably. (2) I don't know what the big deal is about showing this accuser's picture. If I accused Kobe of punching me, I'm sure people would post my info. Why should a rape accuser receive special treatment? While posting a phone # and address might go too far, I see nothing wrong with posting a name and pictures, especially when dealing with a he said/she said case where credibility is so important. If the accuser's name were kept secret, then all of these pieces of info would be less likely to come out.
