Bookmarks increased <g>
or
<<you are underestimating the swing vote>>

I borrowed that phrase from the FADG thread <s> so I have to give it back.

The readers aren't sure, the bookmarks actually went up a few points. If what Mr. Asser asserts is true that establishes a pattern of persecution that extends far into the past. I will wait and see what happens. I have already expressed my position.
The courts will decide, not SI. The only thing any SI member can do in a case like this is bookmark the thread and wait for news.
Members would be crazy to express a position in a case like this, what could be gained.

The numbers are clear though, the Boomarks increased.

Jon, I'm not sure a tally proves a thing.

First of all, there are folks posting here that have or do work for or own trading sites.

Unbiased ? Sure .... and I'm the freakin pope !

Actually, I believe if anyone can prove that trades are "promoted" and there are kickback schemes in place with certain brokers that were never disclosed, there is most likely RICO involvement.

I believe that undisclosed kickbacks are illegal in the U.S. but who knows; nothing seems to be illegal in this society.

Do you or have you worked for a trading site ?

I would lend some perspective to your posts here.
