juno.com

The free internet sign up is in the lower right corner.
10 hours a month is free but if it works you can use Juno for $9.95 a month unlimited and ditch your other ISP(s).

Rose, I see you were given the Juno info. Let me add that there are ads which need to be closed before using e-mail and ads when you use Juno for the internet also.

Gottfried

From the traces I have done and looking at their website, ccp.com looks like a pretty reputable isp. Their traces have been good. I am renaming your other isp Accessoffline, however, as I have yet to get a complete trace to them. There is no way you could connect to them as they are apparently out of business.

I am not endorsing paying anyone $100 to come and look at your computer, however. I do not see how how the problem you are having is in your computer. I believe what is happening is line noise caused by something in your area that is beginning operation at 9:00 AM and causing so much line noise that you cannot connect. This is a phone company problem in my opinion.
