LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2003--FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORM - News) announced today the initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock priced at $14.00 per share on the NASDAQ National Market under the trading symbol "FORM". Of the shares offered, 5,605,305 are being offered by FormFactor and 394,695 are being offered by selling stockholders. FormFactor has granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock to cover over allotments, if any. The managing underwriters of the offering are Morgan Stanley, acting as lead manager, and Lehman Brothers, Banc of America Securities LLC and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, acting as co-managers.
