jford, with all due respect, this is a real time chart service, so fixes that happen over a period of days or so don't cut it. Take a look at the June 9 daily candle on AINN. I first told IQ about this last Wed. I've sent them NINE messages about this. NINE. Maybe they're irritated with me because I post a lot on this board. Unlike you, i would pay extra for better IQ support. i've never seen worse customer support - anywhere, and the testimony of many on this board confirms it. i agree with you about the "idea" of IQ. I like its simple interface. If only it was reliable. If they can keep it working properly and give decent support, I'll stay. I guess I've stayed anyway - have been with the service for 3 years now. I'm trying stockcharts at the moment, but so far I prefer the "idea" of IQ to the "idea" of stckcharts. The big difference is: stockcharts turns its idea into reality, IQ doesn't.
