In Baghdad and throughout Iraq, yes. saddam's rule was secular but invading Iraq has inflamed MORE Arabs and pushed MORE Arabs toward fundamental extremism.
shrub has created a greater and longer term security threat.

The Saudi regime is schizophrenic.....we fought along side some very valuable Saudi allies in the first Gulf War but there are militant Islamist factions inside the ruling family.....truly very strange....given the oil reserves the country possess it makes sense to try to work with the pro Western factions to move SA away from some of its nastier practices.....
