Name them. You made a statement of fact. Now prove it. I'd like to know myself. Thing is, I don't know who to ask. You claim that you do.

I hereby declare that I work for myself. Further, I have never worked for the people who COMC has named as defendents. Further, I don't know anybody involved in the case.

However, didn't COMC work for one of the defendents? running one of the chatrooms that was used to "allegedly" harm him? What if the connection is still there. What if he is pretending to be on the side of the little guy, but is trying to get everyone to trust him so that he can bring them back to the evildoers so that they can take their remaining savings? Think about it, he has mentioned 10,000 people a couple of times. How does he know? Maybe his drive to have people send their contact information directly to him on the auspices of a class action, instead of an attorney, was successful. Now he can bring them back like sheep to the slaughter.

I do not work for anyone either, except "The Boss" (my wife):), and two dogs and two cats and about 25 birds...
