I should have been even more circumspect about that firm. So, now you have the basic information. You know who the people are who may be potential plaintiffs in the class action. You know where they live. And you know who they have complaints against and likely what the complaints are. And, you are not a lawyer so that information isn't privileged. Pretty valuable information to the defendants, doncha think? What about the other questions? Did you ever have a professional relationship with any of the defendants? Did you ever run a trading room for any of the defendants?
