I worked for JNPR for a while. I saw that JNPR was mentioned in the transcripts that you posted. Should I worry about being named in the lawsuit?

Oh shoot, that makes me a techie too, though not a software engineer, so I should be ok.

Oh wait! I was in sales and marketing.....and Leslie Moor was into sales and marketing....You got me!!!

...if you made unbalanced statements here."

Define "unbalanced statements" - would that mean all that are counter to your point of view, opinion, etc. It certainly would appear that way. Anyone who does not see things your way is "unbalanced?"

In the beginning I was, more or less, "in your corner." However, as time goes by and you continue to accuse the "unbalanced" of consorting with the defendants, I am beginning to wonder about the whole case. It is not that I don't think you might have a case, but just that such paranoia could harm it.

As for disclosure, I don't recall you requesting it from those who have posted "balanced statements." Of course, one should not have to make any disclosure in order to participate here. This, as you quite well know, is NOT a court of law!

p.s. Considering some "arguments" that I had with Jon 5 years ago, I never thought there would come a time when I would not only agree with him, but feel compelled to defend him!
