Being a software engineer developing software for RealTick, the instant execution software of two of the Brokerage Defendants in my case, and then distributing it to the public, I think is extremely relevant. You don't?

OT: In fact, I originally came to SI because of their coverage of tech stocks. There were a lot of techies who hung-out here, who were "in the know" about the technology.

I'm an old-timer, and that is my first memory of SI - not a stock discussion site, but a site where techies discuss stocks.
