In fact, the notion that it might be relevant didn't even cross my mind. Otherwise, I would have mentioned it.

I've never thought of RealTick as an "execution platform", although nowadays it is. It wasn't when I wrote my software. And my account was with Townsend, not a broker. I've never executed a single trade through RealTick. So, you'll excuse me for not making a connection in my mind between it and his lawsuit.

While none of us here are under any obligation to disclose anything, I did answer Count's questions as to whether or not I've ever worked for the defendants, am an agent of theirs, etc. etc.

It's really rather rude of Count to invite people to this thread to discuss his lawsuit - to provide him with valuable feedback - and then start fishing, digging-up old news articles, sifting through domain registrations, dredging up faulty old multiply routines... and jumping to conclusions and making-up all sorts of false accusations and innuendos against those who are here to HELP him.
