please clarify -- in what timeframe, JT. You mean since last Wed??

can you share just a few of the macro reasons you think the markets should go up -- do you feel higher interest rates are bullish as well? what will underpin new capital investment -- which has not appeared, in spite of a very large multi-month rally in the assets markets??
