I suppose that the same can be said about USS Liberty that is some people are not satisfied with answers but there is one very considerable difference and that is presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

You haven't been reading the news....I think we gave that up years ago; we convict in the papers [and on SI] now. :o{

Rudy is not a nice guy within a two-party swing-vote district.

However, the know-nothing party should not understand anything of that too nor either.

Does not help much however much whatever way those districts are gerrymandered.

Doesn't even help if only some few have a clue as the risk is so great,huge,large,
numerous and pregnant.

Btw, any good IQ-tests on FPTP, single-seat-district, winner-takes-all districts??

For example, how would you optimize the districts to get any kind of result

a. Manually
b. With the best of nonlinear programming and lots of computers
c. with 72 Markov processes
d. keeping steadfastly the daily training that Pavlov kept for his dogs
e. As a multi-patriot, I have no idea of anything
