Interesting. What about when you're beat up by the invisible man? There was no disclosure = these practices were invisible to their clients. They had no reason to believe they were in a bad neighborhood, that they were dealing with anything less than perfectly reputable NASD-licensed firms. Yet those firms did not disclose any of the pervasive fraud being perpetrated behind the scenes.
