Seems "you should buy" is a recommendation and "MRVC" is a security, so security + recommendation = securities recommendation. Tough to argue your way out of that one.

were you still trading off of TP's trading opinions when you copied the chat logs? Or did you go back and get the logs after you started with legal action?

How is it that you had access to their archives?
