Are you claiming that your bank forged your account statements? Oh, it's an analogy... Are you claiming that your broker forged your account statements? In what way did they forge them? Do you claim that they hid your losses from you? You've never explained exactly how they forged statements, though you've made that claim several times. You claim that they filed 1099's late, but you refuse to say whether or not you actually did those trades, whether they'd previously filed 1099s, and if not, why you didn't complain when they didn't.
