How would Bush tax cuts create manufacturing jobs? Most of the job losses (about 80%) are manufacturing jobs. If these jobs are leaving to take advantage of lower costs in other countries, how would Bush's tax cuts fix that problem? Answer: They won't unless the tax cuts are specifically targeted at manufacturing.

Worst unemployment in 55 years might be 55% or even worse. The point is, those young people are not likely to vote for Bush in 2004, nor should they. Under Clinton we had almost full employment for kids, mninorities, women, you name it. Anyone who wanted a job could get one. And at higher wages and with more benefits than now. Whatever "recovery" Bush gives us will be jobless or negative-jobs.
