nope, you just ignored the questions...and they are far more relevant than whether or not someone is a software engineer.

In addition to the kickback for order flow (churninng) allegation, are you also suggesting that they or their agents were taking opposite trades than what was recommended? In other words, trading against you?

I have sadly come to the conclusion "they" will never see the obvious difference, unless they receive brain transplants! :) Hang in there, you are in the right, even if you should end up losing the whole ball of wax, you were still doing the right thing to go after them legally.
