That's actually true. And as Western Europe and the U.S. continue to punish business with ever increasing taxes and regulations, jobs migrate to better climates. Doesn't take a triple digit I.Q. to see that one...

Keep it simple stupid seems to apply in this case but only Forbes so far has been willing to stick his neck out on this issue and still it has gone nowhere.
