think like a jury my dear friend, think like a jury. Or at least like the defense. You are not exactly an unbiased participant in the case. If you are the one providing the evidence and it cannot be corroborated, I am going to question the legitimacy of that evidence. If you don't think that screen shots or photographs of screen shots, can be fabricated, I assure you that defense will prove that they can be.

and yes, I think at the end of this, that you will likely want to sue your legal counsel.
