yeah, I saw that on other threads. No new news to me. I would like to see congress act to stem this tide in some way and as far as I can see they have done nothing. For example we should completely halt the H1-B program or severly curtail it, plus these other bogus programs like the L1 visa which is supposed to be for companies to train workers here for a 6 mos period but is instead being abused as a way to skirt the system and bring in cheap labor from abroad. Just get rid of these things totally, they are unnecessary with all this offshoring. Next provide tax incentives to keep employees here. Oh wait, we already shot our wad with that ridiculous dividend tax cut so I guess thats out. Continue with the giant sucking sound then.
