The Park case is relevant because it established that Internet gurus are not immune from fraud charges based on the investment advice they sell, whether they issue a million disclaimers or say "consider buy" instead of "buy."

Oh yes, I am stating as a fact that Christopher Rea, in collusion with some of the Brokerage Defendants, traded against their own clients. You bet. And now you know how serious that is. That is proven, they are going to prison.
