Ted, German Intel tells you that planes are to be hijacked and you think that's mundane? What do you consider to be serious? Given the number of "Orange Alerts" we had in the months following 9/11, it's hard to take any warning seriously. This was before 9/11. Maybe that's the problem. How do we separate out the credible warnings from the false alarms? If you can figure out a way to do this, you obviously deserve George Tenet's seat. I don't have a way. And I don't know what Bush could have done. The info was fairly detailed and creditable but I don't think enough to do something about it. ted
