I guess the New York Times published these allegations, TWICE, just for the Hell of it. I was the source of that last article, NYT investigated these claims and published them in full, including against Schwab for kickbacks, and Terra Nova for front-running.

Then a top securities firm discussed these claims with me for more than a year, and filed these claims on a 100% contingent basis without being paid a single cent.

Well, we'll see if they are proved. So far, I've proved them to some fairly powerful neutral parties. Maybe that should be your Litigation Indicator, amigo.

I do not have the time to engage in a "point by point" debate with you about every aspect of this case I have read about, but I will say if I were on a jury regarding this case, I would be leaning towards conviction at this point.
Of course many other things could come out in the fullness of time which could change my opinion, but that is what "could be" at this point...
