I didn't doubt that Germany would be publicly denouncing N. Korea's nuclear program....

My primary point was asking why there wasn't as much pressure on France and Germany to be part of this "negotiation", so why the demands from democrats for Bush to deal with Kim "one on one", when no other nations seems to be feeling that pressure..

But what's your impression... Should Bush deal with Kim in a unilateral negotiation, or wait until Kim accepts multi-lateral negotiations between involved parties in the region?
