I must re-iterate the importance of having a citizen of your country to front for me, since I intend to purchase some lands for farming, I do not know much about your land-ownership laws, I thought it wise to seek the help of a citizen to act as proxy for me My reason for contacting you, is that there is a sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars (US$5,500,000.00) which I sent to the Security Company in Europe in steel metallic boxes. This particular consignment is not in the knowledge of President Taylor as the pressure on him is too intense on him at the time of departure of the boxes. This is what I want you to receive for me. I will upon receiving your consent prepare every document to enable you receive this money on my behalf, pending my arrival to meet with you in your country so that we can both make further arrangements with regards to the purchase of lands.
