When our mission is complete, Iraq will return to the stature it possessed before Saddam seized power. You guys give Bush way too much credit for genius if you think he should have been able to accomplish that in four months.

But the fact remains that Clinton went to war on a lie, a lie repeated by France and others. He should have been impeached for it.
