Army Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez, the commander of U.S. forces in Iraq, said at a Baghdad news conference at which he confirmed the deaths of Hussein's sons that the Mosul raid resulted from "a walk-in" Monday night who "gave us the information that those two individuals were in that residence."

That "walk in" should - in an extremely public manner - be given the $30 million reward(s) and US residency (if he/she wants it).

Unfortunately, the State department is in charge of administering the reward and they will probably find a way not to pay it... despite the obvious benefit to the hunt for Saddam (and OBL).
