I read that one when it came out, Karen. It was posted somewhere else on the internet in places I regularly check. Perhaps Josh Marshall's website. Very interesting piece. Thanks for pointing me to it, again.

I think the most accurate phrase about postwar planning is that it was done badly; rather than it was not done at all.

The biggest flaw was to leave the folk who do that well out of the mix.
