What a bunch of nonsense!

Do you seriously expect us to believe that you didn't know at the time that your own trades were making money, but the recommendations you were following were losing?

When did that finally dawn on you?

Did you keep track of your trades at all?

BTW, since you are slowly coming around to answering my questions - I'll try this one again.

Did you file timely tax returns disclosing to the IRS all of your trades and profit/loss during this period? (Regardless of whether or not you received a timely 1099.) If not, why not? Did you think you were off the hook if you didn't get a 1099?
