I would say clinton knows more about "underlings" taking the fall than bush. Somehow they would fall to their knees. <g> mike

Bush refers to Clinton as "My Predecessor".
He has invoked him twice in the past days in response to WMD questions. Once in the Oval Office, I believe.

He relies on "My Predecessor" to show that prior intelligence reported WMDs in Iraq. Of course this is not helpful to the rock and roll they were spouting in the run up to the Invasion and Occupation of Iraq. Bush, Rumsfeld and Cheney repeatedly referred to NEW intelligence as their basis for acting.
