A few weeks ago Charley Rose did a series of four interviews with Andy Grove on a wide variety of subjects. In discussing Grove's belief that China would overtake the US as technology leader, Grove said one interesting thing of relevance to Qcom. He said that China always buys the superior technology; it doesn't fall for the lower price or the hyped technology.
