I didn't dismiss Biden; I simply enumerated his problems. They are hardly debilitating ones.

I agree that his hair plugs are not the best. However, I thought academics were particularly sensitive to plagiarism.

Jayson Blair for President? He would be plenty PC, wouldn't he? No unsightly hair plugs, either.

Forget labels for a sec. The same danger also exists for the republicans when they become the opposition party again. However it seems to me that they learned that lesson in 1964 with goldwater. Republicans will choose moderate conservatives or ones that can position themselves as such during the primaries. The democrats all are forced to the left and a clinton comes along once in awhile when the left has enough of losing. Mike
