As an impartial and long term observer of your tizzy on these pages, I find it entertaining and I even learned a few things. On balance, I tend to agree with Steve and find Dan's arguments pedantic at best.
Steve, what is your current opinion on TERN and its position in the industry?

That's Hilarious. Plaintiff had to file an ammended complaint, hardly "exactly" as it started. You'd say anything save explain your lie, which you can't or won't, you tell me.

TERN did NOT then, nor does it now, sell ONLY proprietary products. TERN was then and is now, selling DOCSIS products, despite your grand piece of crap sheep-seeking incorrect short report, which claimed otherwise as a major thrust of its argument.
