and I agree with the horse to water analogy, which I think both you and Grace have mentioned before.

we are still getting phone calls from RE agents trying to get us to sell our house. The house two doors down, which is essentially the same as ours, but with a lot that is 2000 sq feet smaller is on the market for an absurd amount of money. If they get their ask, I may just talk to the RE agents and relocate to Bakersfield or something where I can pay cash for a big house with a big lot and still have a lot left over.

Surprising to me that the rise in interest rates hasn't cooled things down yet.
