Actually, the moment US troops set foot in Iraq in such large numbers, one could have said for sure that Iraq had no WMDs. Because if it had any, there was always the possibility that it would have used it on the US troops. And no US President can withstand the domestic political backlash if, say 5000 or 10000 US troops were killed in a single day, regardless of what the US did to retaliate -- nuke Baghdad or even nuke all of Iraq.

The hoax is the one played on the American People by the BUSH administration. The only way BUSH was able to get votes was by using WAR as a vote getter - the same old TAIL that wags the DOG.

Now he looks for any excuse to engage in wars with other countries. The BUSH administration is now known for its DEMAGOGUERY of WAR and nothing else.
