I remember an article with the title "Get Rich or Get Out!". That is the future of America -- a few rich folks ruling over a bunch of poor folks that do the gardening, cleaning, hair-cutting and other low-paying jobs. And they will have absolutely no pricing power because if they do charge more, there will be hordes of people ready to do it for less.
