By now you know, so I see. I think I am going to do okay on my ARM and I think the chance is very good to redo it, for a longer time period, at the same or lower rate, at some point in the future. Some think bonds have topped. I'm am doubtful, just in a severe correction.

We shall see.

As for the pm bulls, I just had the best day in my life. PM's.

You know what pm's mean. Holding times are important, depending upon what you are holding. I think I saw some discussion about this here a while back.

I've been patient pm's, very patient. One of the few that have. Since I don't necessarily believe the top in bonds is in, I also think the future for pm's could remain tricky.
