I was so shocked that I was virtually speechless. <s>

Sort of hard to figure out what the Coalition of the Willing was, or what it was exactly "willing" to do. For India, it was "willing" to be added to the list along with Palau and Iceland....Maybe there will be an annual party for the Coalition of the Willing....
