Heard elsewhere, words to this effect : "If the WMDs have still not been found, it shows that we are good guys. If we were bad guys, we would have planted them by now..." Well, what can you say in response to THAT?!

The right-wing just refuses to admit Bush's lies, mistakes, deceptions and flaws. To them he's superman in the White House. But most people realize that's a bunch of bull caca. Unfortunately for Bushies, the press, Democrats, moderate Republicans and the majority of Americans have realized what's going on and can see this "emperor" has no clothes. Any further lies and cover-ups will just make the end result worse for Bushies. Instead of denying it all, they should fess up and come clean. "We we were too intent upon a rush to war because the troops were there and we over-zealous in terms of producing intelligence. Perhaps we should have done things differently and been more honest but look, Saddam is gone and the world is a better place". That might work. But dont expect them to ever confess. They're just like that. Who knows, maybe then even believe their own lies. Maybe's it's than insane. And yeah Clinton "did not have sex" either. Just a BJ.
