MBT, Terra Nova and Cyber all publicly stated that they did NEVER accept payment-for-order-flow. So, as they did just about in every other statement they ever made, they bald-faced lied to their clients all over the place. "No payment-for-order-flow" was one of their chief advertising slogans. So, they lied, called misleading advertising. Look at the codes I posted and see if that does not meet the bar of violation under those codes. It surely does. That leads to disgorgement of all commissions and all ill-gotten gains. Putnam can start wondering when claims are going to be made against his ill-gotten gains from ARCA, some nearly $200 million. Answer: very soon.
