For starters, they obviously didn't shush up the poll results. Had they done so, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Secondly, I explain them the same way I explain the bigamists in Utah. No society is a monolith.

Glad to see you don't see the right of return as necessary for peace.

What matters is not me, but the Palestinians. They are quite conciliatory, as evidenced by your article. It is a shame the Israelis can't meet them halfway.

Incidentally, Israel's violation of international law on this issue is quite a serious matter. Their violation of the Palestinians' right of return actually nullifies the UN resolution that created the State of Israel.
