<<Curious as to a refresher on what the potential was in the best of times...>>

BWAC, CYMI is a great company. They have an enabling technology, but it takes an engineer to understand it. They have 90%+ market share, and going forward, almost every semi conductor chip made (cell phones, laptops etc., you probably use technology every day that uses chips) will have been made using Cymer technology. That much has not changed from the best of times, although CYMER has proved to be more susesptible to the economic cycles than some would have predicted.

Although a great company, you should not confuse a great company with a great stock. At current valuation it is, IMO, fully valued. I usually buy a small position in the 20's, then a lot more if it hits the teens. I sell in the high 40's or low 50's, usually using covered calls. I have a few core shares that I will probably never sell, just because I am so interested in the technology.

Do you own or have you owned Cymer? Seems like I remember you more from some of the value threads. This is absolutely not a value stock! Are you looking to short? Hope this satisfied your curiosity.
